Easy Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

This is one of my fave soups to make at the end of summer and into fall. My garden is full of ripe tomatoes and this is a great way to use them all. There is no better flavor than a freshly picked tomato from your garden and you can taste the fresh tomatoes in the soup. This works with store-bought tomatoes as well but let's face it, it won't be as good :)
