Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed is one of the worlds best comfort foods. Its simple and easy and you cant get enough of them try them with roast beef or chicken!
Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
4 Large Yellow Potatoes
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Heavy Whipping cream
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Garlic Bulb
Salt and pepper
1-2 Tsp Olive oil
Start by heating the oven to 375F
Cut the top off the garlic and drizzle oil salt and pepper on top and wrap in tinfoil & roast for 1 hr or until soft and golden.
Peel the potatoes and dice so they cook faster.
Rise with cold water and add to a pot and add a generous amount of salt and bring to a boil.
Once your potatoes are on, take a small saucepan and melt the butter in medium, Don't burn the butter.
Once it is melted add in the milk cream and nutmeg. Let it warm up and remove from heat and place aside.
Once the potatoes are for tender remove from heat and drain.
Add the potatoes to a kitchen aid and mix on low until they are broken up and looking like mash potatoes.
Add in the cream mixture and the garlic and mix on low until combined.
Adjust for seasoning and serve hot!
