Gyros are one of the most amazing creations to come out of Greece! They are so packed full of flavor with juicy meat, fresh vegetables, the creamy tzatziki. The down-fall… that it takes hours of cooking, but I have come up with a way to make them quick and easy, in less than 20 minutes!
