How To Make Pickled Onions
I love pickled onions so when I saw Ethan's peanut butter pickled onion sandwich I had to try it out! Watch to the end to see what I think!
2 Red Onions Sliced thin
250 ml Water
250 ml Vinegar
12-16 peppercorns whole
Add the onions and peppercorns to a mason jar.
Combine the vinegar, water, and salt then heat to just a boil.
turn off and pour over onions enough to make sure all the onions are submerged. Let come to room temp and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
and use within the month.
